Shipping & Delivery

All Modest World pieces are made to order with the highest attention to detail.
Production time is 7–10 business days (excluding delivery).
Rush orders should be delivered within 5 business days for an additional charge.
Shipping is available across the UAE and internationally.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details.

Refund & Returns

Each piece is specially crafted upon order, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or damage, the item will be carefully reviewed and repaired or replaced accordingly.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for review.
Perfume products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
