Order & Shipping Policy
• All Modest World abayas are made to order.
• Standard processing time: 7 to 10 business days.
• Rush order option: 3 business days with an additional fee.
• If the order is marked as a gift, it will be wrapped in our special gift packaging.
• Shipping is available across the UAE and internationally.
• Customers will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once the order has been shipped.
• Please ensure all measurements are accurate, as each piece is tailored based on the provided size chart.

Return & Exchange Policy
• Because each abaya is custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
• In the rare case of a manufacturing error or damage, the item will be repaired or replaced.
• Perfume products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Payment Policy
• We accept Tabby, credit card, and other standard payment methods.
• All prices are shown in AED with GCC currencies (SAR, KWD, BHD, OMR, QAR) available for reference.
• Orders must be paid in full before processing begins.
• Promo codes can be applied during checkout if available.
