Refund & Returns

Each piece is specially crafted upon order, therefore returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or damage, the item will be carefully reviewed and repaired or replaced accordingly.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for review.
Perfume products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
